Experience Duration

The DIY Bento Cake Decorating Experience includes up to 90 minutes use of Cafe Creative Studio Space for 1 pax.
Additional studio time may be requested on the day and is subject to availability
Additional studio usage: S$12 per person/per additional hour.

Participation Waiver & Health Responsibility

By participating in any experience at RALOVS, all participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their own health and safety. Our activities involve the use of various art supplies (including pigments and colorants) and food-grade materials (including icing, cream, baked goods, and other ingredients).

By joining this experience, you warrant that you have assessed your own personal health, allergies, and dietary sensitivities. RALOVS shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, health incidents, or adverse effects resulting from the use of materials or food items provided during the session. Participation in any RALOVS activity is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

Other Terms & Conditions

Voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
Voucher validity starts from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
Package inclusions, workshop materials and activity participation are intended for the 1 registered participant only and may not be shared with additional non-participating guests.
Additional participants, spectators or accompanying guests may be accommodated at the merchant’s discretion and may be subject to prevailing charges, minimum spend requirements or separate activity fees.
Additional participants must be arranged with the merchant in advance and are subject to availability.
Appointment is required and subject to availability.
Customers are advised to arrive on time for their scheduled booking.
Late arrivals may result in reduced workshop duration.
No refunds, cancellations or rescheduling for no-shows.
Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges unless otherwise stated.
Items may be substituted by the merchant with items of equivalent value where necessary due to ingredient availability or operational requirements.
Premium upgrades, additional participants and menu items outside the package selection are subject to additional charges.
Cake flavour, frosting colours and decorative materials are predetermined by the merchant and are subject to availability.
Finished cakes are recommended for same-day consumption or refrigeration upon collection.
The workshop includes one pre-prepared bento cake per participant. Once decorating has commenced, replacement cakes, frosting or decorating materials are not included and may be subject to additional charges.
Participants are responsible for handling their cake and decorating materials with reasonable care during the workshop.
Requests for replacement cakes arising from accidental damage, participant error or changes of mind are subject to the merchant’s discretion and may incur additional charges.
Cake decorations, frosting colours, decorative sprinkles and finished designs may vary according to individual skill level, creative preferences and material availability. Frosting colours and decorative materials are provided at the merchant’s discretion and are subject to availability.
Workshop outcomes may vary based on individual skill level and creativity. No refunds or replacements will be provided based on design preference or finished appearance.

Merchant reserves the right to amend workshop arrangements, operating hours or booking schedules where necessary due to operational requirements, private events or unforeseen circumstances.
Merchant reserves the right to refuse redemption if voucher conditions are not met.
Voucher must be presented upon arrival for redemption verification.
Unused portions of the experience are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Additional purchases such as food, beverages, desserts, activity upgrades, studio usage extensions or other products are chargeable separately.
By participating, customers acknowledge that the activity involves the use of cake and decorating materials and agree to exercise reasonable care during participation.
Replacement charges may apply for excessive damage to workshop materials, equipment or studio property caused by negligence or misuse.

Additional Participants & Sharing Policy

This package is valid for 1 registered participant only.
Each registered participant is entitled to one cafe experience seat and one cake decorating set.
Package benefits, workshop materials are not transferable or shareable with non-registered participants.
Additional guests, including children and toddlers, are welcome to accompany the registered participants, subject to available seating and the café’s capacity.
Any additional guest occupying a seat to observe during the cake decorating experience is subject to a minimum spend of S$25 per person (after discounts, before service charge), (subject to seating and minimum spend requirements).
However, any guest who participates in the creative process—including painting, decorating, handling workshop materials, sharing a cake or contributing to the artwork in any way—will be considered a workshop participant and is subject to a Workshop Guest Pass fee of S$18 per person, in addition to the applicable minimum spend of $25.
The Workshop Participation Fee includes access to the cafe studio only. It does not include a cake, workshop materials, food or beverages unless purchased separately.
Children aged 3 years and above occupying a workshop seat will be considered a participant.
Additional participants and accompanying guests must be declared at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
For safety and operational reasons, the merchant reserves the right to limit the number of accompanying guests during busy periods, private events or where seating capacity is limited.
