- Merchant reserves the right to amend workshop arrangements, operating hours or booking schedules where necessary due to operational requirements, private events or unforeseen circumstances.
- Merchant reserves the right to refuse redemption if voucher conditions are not met.
- Voucher must be presented upon arrival for redemption verification.
- Unused portions of the experience are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Additional purchases such as food, beverages, desserts, activity upgrades, studio usage extensions or other products are chargeable separately.
- By participating, customers acknowledge that the activity involves the use of cake and decorating materials and agree to exercise reasonable care during participation.
- Replacement charges may apply for excessive damage to workshop materials, equipment or studio property caused by negligence or misuse.
- Tote Bags are checked before each session. Accidental breakage during participation may be subject to replacement charges at the merchant’s discretion.
Additional Participants & Sharing Policy
- This package is valid for 1 registered participant only.
- Each registered participant is entitled to one cafe experience seat and one glass painting set.
- Package benefits, workshop materials are not transferable or shareable with non-registered participants.
- Additional guests, including children and toddlers, are welcome to accompany the registered participants, subject to available seating and the café’s capacity.
- Any additional guest occupying a seat to observe during the tote bag painting experience is subject to a minimum spend of S$25 per person (after discounts, before service charge), (subject to seating and minimum spend requirements).
- However, any guest who participates in the creative process—including painting, decorating, handling workshop materials, sharing a tote bag or contributing to the artwork in any way—will be considered a workshop participant and is subject to a Workshop Guest Pass fee of S$18 per person, in addition to the applicable minimum spend of $25.
- The Workshop Participation Fee includes access to the cafe studio only. It does not include an additional tote bag, workshop materials, food or beverages unless purchased separately.
- Children aged 3 years and above occupying a workshop seat will be considered a participant.
- Additional participants and accompanying guests must be declared at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
- For safety and operational reasons, the merchant reserves the right to limit the number of accompanying guests during busy periods, private events or where seating capacity is limited.
